What cleaning services do you offer?

We offer three levels of cleaning, adaptable to your needs:

Basic cleaning - perfect for regular maintenance of an already clean home. Dusting, vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom.
Deep cleaning - when your home deserves something more. Includes everything from the basics plus the inside of appliances, inside windows and hard-to-reach places.
Moving - thorough cleaning from floor to ceiling for the handover of the apartment. Ideal when moving in or moving out.

With each reservation, you can add additional services such as cleaning the oven, refrigerator, or balcony.

How is the price of the service determined?

All our services are charged at an hourly rate of €15 per hour. The duration is automatically calculated according to the size of your space and the selected level of cleaning. When booking, you immediately see the estimated duration and total price - no hidden costs.

Do you bring your own resources and equipment?

Our cleaners come without equipment and funds. Please provide basic equipment and cleaning products in your home. If you are missing something, you can rent or buy certain equipment from us.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

We recommend that you be present for your first visit — this way you can show the cleaner the uniqueness of your space. It is not mandatory, but it is helpful. After the first visit, you can arrange access in a way that suits you best.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2-3 days in advance. For more urgent needs, feel free to contact us — we will do our best to find a solution depending on the availability of our cleaners.

Are your cleaners insured and verified?

Absolutely. Every member of our team undergoes thorough background checks and training. We have liability insurance that covers any accidents that may occur while providing our services — for your peace of mind and safety.

What if I am not satisfied?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Contact us within 24 hours and our team will return free of charge to correct any errors. If you are still not satisfied, we offer a full refund.

What locations do you cover?

We currently operate in Zagreb and the surrounding area. We are actively working on expanding to other cities across Croatia.

How long does cleaning take?

The duration depends on the size of the space and the selected cleaning level. The system automatically calculates the estimated time when booking. As a rule, a basic cleaning of an average apartment takes 2–3 hours, while a detailed cleaning can take significantly longer.
