How is the cleaning price determined?
The price depends on the size and condition of your home, what we clean and how often we come. Before we come you get a fixed price, item by item, with no hourly billing and no hidden costs.
Do I need to provide supplies and equipment?
No. The team brings supplies and equipment. We ask for just two things, if you have them: that we use your vacuum cleaner, so we don't carry dust and allergens from home to home, and a ladder or something steady to stand on, for safety. If you don't have them, we bring our own. If you'd like us to use a specific product, for example because of allergies, write it in your request.
Are the cleaners vetted?
Yes. We work with vetted partner teams who follow the standard and task list set by Čistimo.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel with a WhatsApp message, free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. A cancellation within 24 hours of the start keeps 50% of the total.
Do you offer discounts for regular cleaning?
Yes. Regular visits cost less per cleaning than a one-time clean. You get the exact amount in your quote before you confirm.
Which areas do you cover?
We currently cover the City of Zagreb and surrounding area. For locations outside that area, get in touch and we'll check availability.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier you book, the easier it is to get your preferred slot, but we can often accommodate short notice too. Send us your preferred date and we'll confirm availability.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave us a key or an access code. We agree on access when you book and record it in your property profile.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
Let us know within 24 hours and we'll arrange a free re-clean or an appropriate solution. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Do you account for pets and allergies?
Yes. When booking, note any pets and any allergies or sensitivities, and we'll adapt our products and approach.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You'll get the available payment options with your quote and booking confirmation. Payment is taken after the appointment is arranged.
