About us
Čistimo is a Zagreb service for professional cleaning of flats and houses. For every home we put together a cleaning plan and send a vetted partner team that works to our standard, so you get a clean home without the worry.
Our story
We started Čistimo because we wanted a cleaning service you can trust, with clear pricing, consistent quality, and people who stand behind it.
Instead of a gig marketplace that leaves quality to chance, we work with steady, vetted partner teams. That way we know who comes to your home and we answer for the result.
We started in Zagreb with a simple goal: make cleaning predictable, fair, and worry-free for our clients.
One standard. Vetted teams. Zagreb.
How we work
Čistimo sets the cleaning methodology, not each client separately, so the standard is the same no matter who shows up.
We agree on price and scope upfront and transparently. You see one fixed price before you confirm, with no hidden hourly rates.
Our quality standard
Every service follows a proven checklist tailored to your space. After each cleaning you can leave a review, and we use that feedback to keep the standard high.

Reliability
We arrive on time and do the job as agreed.
