Is Detailed cleaning the same as a deep clean?

Yes. Detailed cleaning is our name for what is often called a deep clean: a thorough clean of the whole home.

What is not included in Detailed cleaning?

The oven, fridge, cupboards inside, all bathroom tiles, windows and balcony. You add them as extra services, each with its own price.

Is this the right clean for moving in or out?

Yes. Choose Detailed cleaning and add what an empty flat usually needs, for example cupboards and wardrobes inside, the oven and windows.

Do you clean after renovation?

If there is building dust in the home, we send you the price personally, because we plan that kind of job separately.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size and condition of the home. Larger homes get more people, and very large jobs are done over more than one day.

Bathroom: shower or bath and grout in full, limescale removal, drain, toilet, basin and mirrors
Tiles around the shower, toilet and basin
Kitchen: sink polished, hob with grates, worktop and the tiles behind it
Degreasing kitchen fronts, large and small appliances and hood outside, microwave inside
Dust on everything that can be lifted, beds made, all mirrors
Whole doors and frames, switches, sills, radiators and cobwebs
Lights you can reach from a small ladder

Why the oven and windows are not included

Every home is different. One has a new fridge, another has twenty windows. So you add the oven, fridge, cupboards inside, all tiles, windows and balcony as you need them, and pay only for what you choose. Each extra service has its own line in the price, so you see exactly what costs what.

How to prepare

If you can, clear things off the floors and worktops. That way the team spends its time cleaning.
If you have a vacuum cleaner and a ladder, leave them for the team: your vacuum doesn't carry dust from other homes. If you don't, we bring our own.
Empty the cupboards we clean inside. If you'd like us to do that, we'll arrange it with you personally.
You don't need to be home. We agree access in advance.

After Detailed: regular upkeep

If you'd like the home to stay that way, continue with Basic cleaning, weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Because the home is already in order, the price per visit is lower.
