Moving? We clean the empty flat or house with a Detailed cleaning, and you add what an empty home usually needs: kitchen cupboards and wardrobes inside, the oven, fridge, windows or the balcony.

There is no special moving package. You take a Detailed cleaning, a thorough clean of the whole home, and add only the extra services you need. Each has its own line in the price, so you see exactly what costs what.
Detailed cleaning includes
- Bathroom: shower or bath and grout in full, limescale removal, drain, toilet, basin and mirrors
- Tiles around the shower, toilet and basin
- Kitchen: sink polished, hob with grates, worktop and the tiles behind it
- Degreasing kitchen fronts, large and small appliances and hood outside, microwave inside
- Dust on everything that can be lifted, beds made, all mirrors
- Whole doors and frames, switches, sills, radiators and cobwebs
- Lights you can reach from a small ladder
- Under and behind furniture
- Skirting boards, vacuuming and mopping all floors
Not included: oven, fridge, cupboards inside, all tiles, windows and balcony. Add them as extra services.

- Before moving in, so your things go into a home that is already clean
- After moving out, when you hand the flat or house to the owner, the buyer or new tenants

We clean cupboards when they're empty. If you'd like us to take things out and put them back, we'll arrange it with you personally.
How to prepare
- Ideally the home is empty or nearly empty. Then we can reach every cupboard, corner and floor.
- Keep the electricity and water on, and hot water if possible.
- You don't need to be there. We agree access, a key or a code, in advance.
After renovation
If there is building dust in the home, it's not a standard Detailed cleaning. Describe the home in your request and we'll send you the price personally.

- Yes, flats and houses. For a house, also enter the number of staircases in the quote.
