What you get

  • Work without looking for clients: no ads, no quotes, no haggling over price
  • A written order for every job: the address, time, access and exactly what is cleaned
  • No collecting from the client: the client pays us, and you invoice us
  • We agree the hourly rate with you up front and put it in the agreement
  • You can accept or decline every order
  • One-off and regular jobs in flats and houses

Who we're looking for

  • A registered cleaning company or sole trader
  • Your own employees, whom you schedule and manage
  • Experience cleaning flats and houses
  • Work in Zagreb, between 9:00 and 19:00
  • Photos of the home before and after every job
  • Liability insurance, or willingness to take it out

We don't employ cleaners and we don't work with individuals, only with companies and sole traders.

    We sign a business cooperation agreement, then send you orders when we have work in your areas and times.

Questions

How much work can I expect?
It depends on the requests in the neighbourhoods and times you cover. We don't promise a fixed number of hours, but the more times you can cover, the more jobs we can send you.
Can I work for other clients too?
Yes, the partnership is not exclusive. The one condition: you don't work directly with clients we send you.
Do your people need to talk to the client?
No. We handle everything with the client, and your team gets a written order.
Who provides supplies and equipment?
We agree that with you before the first job and put it in the agreement.
How does payment work?
Against your invoice, at the agreed hourly rate. The payment terms go in the agreement.
