What the price depends on
- The size of the home and the number of rooms
- The number of bathrooms and toilets, and staircases in a house
- The condition of the home: how long since the last thorough clean, pets, smoking indoors and small children
- The extra services you choose, each with its own line
- For Basic cleaning, also how often we come
We ask all of this in the quote, so the price you see at the end is fixed. It holds for the home as you described it.
Why regular cleaning costs less per visit
The first Detailed cleaning gets the home properly clean. Basic cleaning after it keeps it that way: every visit we clean the bathroom and kitchen, dust, and clean the floors, and we do the more thorough tasks in rotation. The more often we come, the less there is to do each visit, so the price per visit is lower.
Questions about the price
- Do I pay by the hour?
- No. You know the price before we come and it is fixed. It holds for the home as you described it in the quote.
- Why does the first cleaning cost more than the regular ones?
- The first visit is always a Detailed cleaning, a thorough clean of the whole home. Basic cleaning after it keeps a home that is already in order, so it takes less time and costs less.
- Is travel included in the price?
- Within the City of Zagreb, yes. For places outside Zagreb we agree the travel cost in advance.
- Do I get an invoice?
- Yes, for every job.
- What if I need something that isn't in the quote?
- Write it in the note at the end of the request and we'll send you the price personally.
