Čistimo provides professional cleaning of flats and houses according to a standard and methodology set by Čistimo.

The scope of each cleaning is defined by the selected service type and agreed add-ons.

A booking is considered confirmed once we approve it and confirm the time.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule in exceptional circumstances, with timely notice.

You receive the price in our quote, as one fixed price per cleaning, before you confirm the appointment.

You can reschedule or cancel in line with the Refund Policy.

Free up to 24 hours before the start; a cancellation within 24 hours of the start keeps 50% of the total.

We strive to provide the service with professional care. In case of damage, please notify us within a reasonable time so we can resolve the complaint.
