Flats and houses
In the quote we ask which floor the flat is on and whether the building has a lift, and for a house how many staircases it has. That way the team knows what to expect and what to bring.
We agree how to get into the building and the flat in advance, and a key or a code if you won't be home.
Outside the City of Zagreb
For Velika Gorica, Zaprešić, Samobor, Sveta Nedelja, Dugo Selo and other places nearby, send a request and enter the place. We'll let you know whether we can come and what the travel costs, before you confirm anything.
